Yes we offer in-store pickup with a 24-48 hour turn around time. You'll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days.

What is Kitting?

Kitting is an optional add-on where our team selects high-quality threads to complement your needlepoint canvas, making it easier for you to complete your design.

What types of threads do you offer?

We offer a carefully curated selection of threads, including cotton, silk, silk/wool blends, velvet, and decorative options.

How do I choose the right threads for my project?

Thread selection depends on your skill level, design style, and project size, but much of it comes down to personal preference. We ensure that all kitted threads are compatible with your chosen canvas.

What’s included in a kit?

Every kit comes with a canvas, threads, and a tapestry needle—everything you need to get started!

How does kitting payment work?

When you select the kitting option, an additional invoice will be sent for the threads. Your order will not be shipped until this invoice is paid.

How long does it take to receive my needlepoint kit?

We process orders within 1-3 business days, depending on how quickly the kitting invoice is paid. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive tracking details once your kit ships.

Can I return or exchange my needlepoint kit?

Since kitted threads are customized for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your kit (such as missing or damaged items), please reach out—we’re happy to help!

What if I run out of thread for my project?

If you need more thread while working on your project, we can send additional supplies. Just contact us with your kit details, and we’ll assist in replenishing your thread.

Do you offer pre-stitched canvases?

No, all of our canvases come unstitched, allowing you to bring your own creativity to each piece!
